Community Open House in the Eagle Ford Shale Region
You are invited to a public open house on November 9, 5-7pm in Karnes City, TX, where HEI Energy will be giving an overview of our research on air quality and noise impacts from oil and gas development in the Eagle Ford Shale. - Learn about the air quality research, its purpose and ways that you can participate, engage and stay up-to-date.
- Meet the research teams from the University of Texas at Austin, Texas A&M University and the University of Southern California.
- View posters illustrating the research and what you can expect while it is underway.
- See some of the equipment in action which the teams are using to detect oil and gas emissions and noise.
- Interact with research teams directly, ask questions about the research, and share any ideas or concerns.
